Trinity Lakes Design Team

The Trinity Lakes Design Team is working under contract with the City of Dallas to design and engineer the downtown lakes area of The Trinity project. The team was selected in 2006 by a panel composed of city officials and private citizens.
The Trinity Lakes Design Team leads are CH2MHill, URS/LopezGarcia Group, and Wallace, Roberts, and Todd.

Wendy Lopez | URS/LopezGarcia Group - Civil Engineering
Wendy Lopez is the co-founder and CEO of LopezGarcia Group. The engineering, design, and environmental planning firm was purchased by URS Corporation, a leading provider of engineering, construction and technical services, in 2008. Recent LGG projects include Billingsley Corporation (One Arts Plaza), Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Dallas Center for the Performing Arts, and the 38-acre Tarrant County College District (TCCD) Downtown Campus.

Ignacio Bunster-Ossa | Wallace, Roberts, and Todd - Landscape Architecture
Ignacio Bunster-Ossa is an architect, landscape architect, urban designer, and a principal with the Philadelphia-based firm Wallace, Roberts, and Todd — providing city and regional planning, urban planning, urban design, architecture, and landscape architecture. He is a leading practitioner of Landscape Urbanism, an approach to urban design based on the fusion of ecology, community identity, infrastructure, recreation, and public art. Recent projects include the redesign of the Rutgers University campus.

Don Raines Jr. | Wallace, Roberts, and Todd - Landscape Architecture
Don Raines is the Trinity Lakes Design Team Project Director and project landscape designer, working in the Dallas office of Wallace, Roberts, and Todd. Recent projects include the 20% Architectural Design package for DART Light Rail expansion (NW Corridor Carrollton and Irving Lines).

Jim Parrish | CH2M Hill - Civil Engineering
Jim Parish is the Program Manager for CH2M Hill's Dallas-based Southeastern Design Center with projects ranging from water treatment systems to telecommunication facilities. CH2M Hill is a global engineering, consulting, construction, and operations company firm.

Michael Bastien | CH2M Hill - Civil Engineering
Mike Bastian is the Area Manager for CH2M Hill in North Texas and serves as the Principal-in-Charge for the Trinity Lakes Design contract with the City of Dallas.
