The Trinity Trust's River Rats event on April 22nd featured Brandon Bolin, principal of GroundFloor Development. More than 60 members and their guests came to the Belmont Hotel and BarBelmont for "Streetcars: Connecting Downtown to Oak Cliff." Members and potential members enjoyed appetizers, such as Smoke's delicious sliders, and cocktails, and listened to an informative presentation.
