River Rats Host Trails of the Trinity

On June 16, more than 100 guests enjoyed Mexican food, margaritas, and music for The Trinity Trust River Rats' summer event, "Trails of the Trinity." Sponsored by Colliers International, the event featured the many trails part of The Trinity project, with information about the Trinity Strand Trail, Groundwork Dallas, and the White Rock Lake spine trail. Classical guitarist Daniel Rodriguez played music by the pool at the Plaza II at Turtle Creek while attendees mingled and enjoyed bites provided by On The Border.
Named the spine trail, this 12-mile planned trail will connect White Rock Lake down south to the Trinity River Audubon Center though the Great Trinity Forest, which consists of 6,000 acres of hardwood forests.
